As part of the ongoing series at The Sim Grid, there may be prizes and competitions on offer. The below information details the Terms & Conditions for the various competitions on offer.
All entrants must meet all requirements in this section in their entirety to be eligible to participate. Any competition either; run by or powered by The Sim Grid is open to residents of any country unless they meet the following criteria;
(a) Persons under the age of 18.
(b) Anyone involved in the organization and running of The Sim Grid.
(c) The immediate family members of any of the persons set out in (b) above.
Overtake of The Race
To be eligible for this prize, users must:
- Vote on one of the three clips posted at The Sim Grid official social media accounts on:
- Ensure a vote is placed within 24 hours of the story being live on The Sim Grid Instagram.
- Must also be following The Sim Grid on all aforementioned Social Media Channels.
By meeting the above criteria, a random participant will receive a prize and will be notified within 7 calendar days of the Competition close (End of Season, unless otherwise specified). all Entrants must meet the above criteria requested by the Promoters which will be used for the following purposes:
(a) To notify the Winner that they have won the prize;
(b) To post the Winner’s name and the town of residence on the Website, and (c) to comply with the Privacy Policy.
(c) To post the users’ social handles for everyone who has entered on our Facebook page, only your handle/name will be posted and nothing else, this is so everyone knows who the winner is. All entrants are solely and completely responsible for providing the Promoters with accurate and current contact details.
The Promoters will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to make contact with any Entrant due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the Entrants or otherwise.
In Race Prizes
To be eligible for any “In Race” prize, such as;
- Pole Position Award
- Race Finishing Position Award
- Driver with the most laps Led.
- Driver with the cleanest race.
Users must;
- Have a registered, valid profile on https://www.thesimgrid.com/
- Have paid any entry fees or completed any pre-series requisites to be involved in the series.
- Complete all races in the respective series.
- Must not be disqualified and/or banned from any Sim Grid series.
By meeting the above criteria, a random participant will receive a prize and will be notified within 7 calendar days of the vote closing. all Entrants must meet the above criteria requested by the Promoters which will be used for the following purposes:
(a) To notify the Winner that they have won the prize;
(b) To post the Winner’s name and the town of residence on the Website, and (c) to comply with the Privacy Policy.
